Aims

This journal focuses on advancing scholarly research and critical discourse in the field of education through the publication of high-quality original research articles and academic studies. The journal aims to enrich the development of educational theory, policy, and practice in both national and international contexts. Particular attention is given to contemporary issues and emerging trends related to curriculum development, learning processes, educational policy, teacher professional development, and the dynamics of knowledge construction across diverse social and cultural settings. The journal encourages research that provides significant contributions to understanding the interrelationships among teaching, learning, learner development, and educational environments in both formal and non-formal contexts.

Scope

The journal’s scope includes a wide range of topics in education. It covers theoretical and empirical studies on learning processes, including learners’ cognitive, social, emotional, and moral development, as well as technology-enhanced and digital learning. The journal welcomes research that examines learning from psychological, sociological, cultural, and historical perspectives.

It also publishes critical analyses of current educational issues, national and global reform trends, and philosophical and social perspectives on education. Studies on learning beyond formal schools such as in families, communities, and digital environments are encouraged.

The journal includes research on teacher education, such as pre-service preparation, professional development, teacher competencies, and the broader conditions influencing the teaching profession. Analyses of educational policy, including policy implementation, governance, and systemic reform, are also within its scope.

In addition, the journal accepts studies from various educational disciplines, including mathematics education, religious education, language education and English for Specific Purposes (ESP), science education, social studies, history education, chemistry education, environmental education, and other related fields. The journal also provides space for scholarly discussions, critical responses to published works, and reviews of recent books in education.
